雷石超高速激光熔覆设备ULC-0530，用于各种长轴类产品的修复再制造和表面增强。广泛用于煤炭、石油化工等行业。

◆ 涂层薄厚兼顾

可进行薄涂层熔覆（0.1-0.3mm），亦可进行中、厚涂层熔覆（0.3-1.5mm）。薄厚兼顾，特殊情况下，亦可进行多层熔覆。

◆ 低成本

雷石超高速激光熔覆技术可达线速度50m/min，熔覆效率1m2/h，比常规的激光熔覆技术效率高3倍，成本只是1/3。

◆ 高效率

材料利用率高达85%，熔覆层平整，可直接磨抛加工。比传统电镀产品寿命提高5倍以上。

 

超高速激光熔覆与传统激光熔覆对比

超高速激光熔覆：熔覆层薄，表面平整度高。高速熔覆对工件的热输入小，工件基本无变形，熔覆层与基体为冶金结合，结合力远优于喷涂、电镀等传统工艺。

传统激光熔覆：表面比较粗糙，需后续车、磨加工，效率低，热输入高（稀释率高），熔覆层表面粗糙度高，后续加工量大。
